Senior / Research Associate (Executive Search/Recruitment) : Optimize all channels and sources to source for contact details based on criteria given by the team Carry out pre-search analysis of industries, markets and clients’ potential competitors Assist in “mapping” the candidate universe and conduct research Maintain and update candidates’ details and the company’s database Prepare presentation materials Conduct interviews with candidates Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for candidate presentation Manage clients and the entire recruitment process Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor’s Degree or above with at least one year of working experience, exposure inengineering related industry is a plus.
